About The Founder

Ole southern girl with big goals. “STRAIGHT OUTTA” Greensboro, Al where life has never been glitz and gold yet a struggle. Although, that did not bring her down it has made her stronger over the years. It has become a goal of Domonique’s to turn her struggles into wealth. Inspiring and aspiring is what she thrives off. She believes in the ole saying if you have faith as small as a mustard seed nothing will be impossible for you. (Matthew 17:20) 2014 is when Domonique realized she wanted to be her own boss. Therefore, she did everything she could possibly do, from selling Avon to Its Work to even hair. She even enrolled and travelled all the way to Atlanta, Ga to the Beauty Supply Institute, where classes were being offered on how to own your own beauty supply store. All while working two to three jobs just so she could survive and provide for not only herself but her son she kept going. Even though it seems as if she still didn’t know her purpose she just kept pushing, until 2017. This is when she discovered exactly what it was that she was made to do. Create a brand that would not only be service to people but one in which that represents simply being YOU! She believes that life is limitless and once you find yourself simply embrace just that! Everyone has a PURPOSE! Her plans are to keep striving, and to expand herself in the entrepreneur world, along with being of a great service to communities, organizations, family, friends, and you! Lash Beauty offers quality, CRUELTY FREE 3D minks and much more! We have a variety of different shapes and styles. We can help take you from day to night or from school teacher to sexy wife, whichever you prefer. We are here and we are also here to answer any questions or concerns that you may have about our brand, attending events, and/or networking opportunities.
