All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 5-7 days for processing before your order is shipped. All orders are shipped via USP with 2-3 days delivery. 

 

NO REFUNDS!

 

There will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for sanitary purposes on worn items, due to the nature of the items.

 

If items are damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace them within 7 DAYS ONLY and only for the same item. Any inquiries after 7 days of arrival will not be granted a REFUND NOR EXCHANGE.

 

For damaged items please upload picture and send to sales.lashbeautydlb@gmail.com along with order #. Before returning any items please wait for a response. (please allow up to 48hrs)

 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and tear.

 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees on any EXCHANGE.

 

Shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

 

Lash Beauty preform a in depth testing on all items to make sure items DO NOT ARRIVE broken or damaged.
